Once stood the 195 year old Manomet Building at Trading Post Corners until it was consumed by a fire on May 28th, 2019. Unfortunately, the building could not be salvaged and was torn down. Now being constructed in it’s place is a new 10 unit Multi-Family building that will be ready for Lease starting August 1st, 2020.
